(COD orders are refunded via digital payment methods)

- Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after approval
- Processing time may vary depending on payment method
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), we cover the shipping cost
- If the return is due to customer preference, the customer may bear the return shipping charges
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
